This class will increase your ability to know when and how to intervene effectively in difficult situations to get your meetings back on track. This course if for anyone who facilitates, manages, teaches, mediates, coaches, counsels, directs any group.
	Intervene With Confidence Group Intervention is one of the most challenging skills to master as a facilitator. This class is for anyone who plays a facilitative or leadership role in a group and will explore practical ways to effectively intervene on individual and group behaviors to realign, refocus, challenge, or protect group process.

This class explores the four dynamics of AI: Discovery, Dream, Design and Delivery as well as the: 8 assumptions, 6 core principles, 5 steps, and outcomes and opportunities.
