Welcome to FacilitatorU, where we believe that honing your inner game or your ability to facilitate yourself allows you to leverage your personal presence as a catalyst for healthy group collaboration and innovation. In other words, how we “show up” and “facilitate ourselves” is just as important as what we “do” as group leaders. Many facilitation and leadership training programs overlook these important aspects of self-facilitation. Have a look at our Tools, Training and Resources for group leaders including the Master Facilitator Journal our free weekly ezine, and this blog as a place to dialogue around provocative questions in the field of self and group leadership and collaboration. Please browse and comment if you feel so moved to take the conversation further and deeper.
