Experiencing the Tenets of Facilitation

Last week one of our readers, Noelle Celeste offered a wonderful new application for the use of one of my favorite experiential activities, The One Word Story. In this week’s article, Experiencing the Tenets of Facilitation, we present this activity and how it can be debriefed to illustrate the importance of ground rules or basic teamwork skills.
